SNK/Centuri Vangaurd

I picked up the Vanguard from a friend's warehouse. It is in decent overall shape, however it does have some water damage and needs several boards replaced, especially in the back. The cabinet is complete but does not power on. I moved it down to the garage so I could being troubleshooting and marking replacement boards.
